PVC/HFFR/PE

Application
This sort of cables are used as signal and transmission cables in the electronical control systems and also in the transmission of voice frequency. Their
halogen-free counterparts are distinguished with flame retarding and low smoke features.
Construction
1. Inner Conductor Electrolytic twisted tin-plated copper wire (EN 60228, Class 2/5)
2. Insulation Foam-Skin PE (EN 50290-2-23)
3. Pair Screen The cable cores insulated as per Table 1 are twisted in pair, twisted pair cores are fixed with PES tape, They are
screened with both multiple tinned drain wire and also with %100 covered AL-PES tape
4. Lay-Up Screened pairs are bend in layers and fixed with PES tape.
5. Overall Screen They are screened with multiple, tinned drain wire and %100 covered AL-PES tape.
6. Outer Sheath PVC (EN 50290-2-22)
