Application
These cables are generally employed in instrumentation and control systems, analog and digital signal transmission of chemical and petrochemical industrial
premises, power plants, natural gas and petroleum industries, etc. Direct connection is not permitted under ambient with a low impedance sources. Cables with blue sheaths are
suitable for security system applications. Furthermore, these cables can directly be buried in the soil. They are suitable in dry and wet indoor and outdoor installations.
Construction
1. Inner Conductor Electrolytic stranded annealed copper wire (IEC 60228, Class 2)
2. Insulation 2G : Silicone Rubber (HD 22.1, EI2)
3. Individual Screen PIMF : Dual cores are fixed with PES tape 0,60 mmØ with screened mono tinned drain wire and AL-PES tape.
TIMF : Triple cores are fixed with PES tape, 0,60 mmØ mono tinned drain wire and AL-PES tape with screened.
4. Lay-Up Screened pair cores are twisted in layers. Fixed with PES tape.
5. Overall Screening %100 Coverage AL-PES tape ve 0,50 mm² (7×0,30 mm) screened with tinned strand drain wire.
