Application
Such cables are used in high-speed data transmission, like indoor installation of up to 12 Mbps (up to 100 m long). The screen protects the cable core against electrical noises and interferences.
Construction
1. Inner Conductor Electrolytic mono annealed copper (EN 60228, Class 1) AWG22 (1×0,64)
2. Insulation Foam-Skin PE, Core colors: Red, Green
3. Lay-Up Twisted in suitable pitch together with 2 cords. (Shape 1)
4. I. Screen %100 coverage AL-PES tape screen. AL surface should come in contact with the braiding for the contuniation of the screen.
5. II. Screen Tinned copper wire braid screen (%65±3)
6. Outer Sheath PVC (EN 50290-2-22) or
HFFR (EN 50290-2-27), RAL 4001 Violet
