Application
These cabels are used indoor installations, central and subscriber distribution cable and signal communications. The screen protects the cable core against electrical noises and interferences. The screen protects the cable core against electrical noises and interferences. It doesn’t emits toxic gas during the fire and delays inflammation.
Construction
1. Inner Conductor Electrolytic mono annealed copper (HBAPH) or tinned copper (HBAPH-K) (TS EN 60228, Class 1)
2. Insulation HFFR (TS EN 50290-2-26) TS2814 Core colors to be appropriate. (Table 2)
3. Lay-Up Twisted pairs cores are, up to 20 pairs in layers, between 30-100 pairs, 10 pairs in groups, after 100 pairs stranded with 50 pairs and fixed with PES tape. The groups and packages are tagged with color threads.(Table 3)
4. Screen AL-PES tape with together (0,50 mmØ) mono tinned copper drain wire with screened. For screen to continue, AL surface contact with drain wire
5. Outer Sheath HFFR (TS EN 50290-2-27), RAL 7032, Grey
