Application
These cables are generally employed in instrumentation and control systems, analog and digital signal transmission of chemical and petrochemical industrial premises,
power plants, natural gas and petroleum industries, etc. Direct connection is not permitted under ambient with a low impedance sources. Cables with blue sheaths are
suitable for security system applications. Furthermore, these cables can directly be buried in the soil. They are suitable in dry and wet indoor and outdoor installations.
Construction
1. Inner Conductor Electrolytic stranded annealed copper wire (IEC 60228, Class 2)
2. Insulation Y : PVC (EN 50290-2-21)
2Y : PE (EN 50290-2-23)
2X : XLPE (EN 50290-2-29)
3. Communication Core 0,50 mm² (7×0,30 mm) tinned or annealed standed copper, PE or XLPE insulated orange core.
(More than one double or triple cables)
4. Lay-Up Screened pair cores are strand communication core with together twisted layers. Fixed with PES tape.
5. Overall Screening (St)C : %100 Coverage AL-PES tape and tinned copper wire braid with screened.
6. Outer Sheath Y : PVC Sheath (EN 50290-2-22), RAL 9005 Black, RAL 5015 Blue or RAL 7001 Grey
