Application
These cables are highly resistant against mechanical outdoor plants thanks to the sheath on them, which comprises of galvanized round steel wires. They are suitable for heavy operation, layout and assembly conditions. They can be used underground, and in fresh water and salt water when manufactured accordingly. |
Construction
1. | Inner Conductor | Electrolytic mono or stranded annealed copper wire (EN 60228 Class 1/2, VDE 0295) |
2. | Insulation | PVC, (IEC 60502-1) |
3. | Lay-Up | VDE 0293-308 & HD 308 Cores which are isolated in accordance with S2 are bent in layers at fixed steps |
4. | Common Sheath | They are encased with PVC fill material in round form and easy to strip. |
5. | Screen | Copper strip enwrapped with helical on concentric conductor made of copper wires. |
6. | Outer Sheath | PVC, (IEC 60502-1), RAL 9005, Black |
