Application
Such cables are suitable for use in machine production for measuring, imaging and control purposes, in power stations, engineering projects and HVAC and similar electrical systems under dry or moist ambient, in particular suited to the industrial environments. Theese cables not used open air, outdoor environments. |
Construction
1. | Inner Conductor | Electrolytic stranded annealed copper wire (IEC 60228, VDE0295, HD383, Class 5) |
2. | Insulation | PVC (EN 50290-2-21, VDE 0207 TI2) |
3. | Lay-Up | According to VDE 293 insulated cores twisted in layers. From 3 cores Yellow / Green line is drain core. |
4. | Inner Sheath | PVC filled sheated should be peeled off easily without gluing onto the insulation. |
5. | Screen | Tinned copper wire Braid Screen |
6. | Outer Sheath | PVC (EN 50290-2-22, VDE0207-TM2), RAL 7001, Grey |
