PCM cables are used as distribution cable between PCM devices in digital transmission systems for signal transmission between 300 – 3600 VF (voice frequency) and digital signal transport at 2,048 Mbps. |
Construction
1. | Inner Conductor | Electrolytic mono tinned copper wire , 0.4 or 0.5 mm çapında (EN 60228, Class 1) |
2. | Insulation | Solid PE (EN 50290-2-23) According to Table 1, core colors to be appropriate. |
3. | Lay-Up | Pair twisted cores, up to 20 pair twisted in layers and fixed with PES tape |
4. | I. Screen | AL-PES Tape with together (0,40 and/or 0,50 mmØ) mono tinned copper drain wire with together screened. AL surface should come in contact with the wire coverage for screen continuation. |
5. | II. Screen | Tinned annealed copper wire braid screened.. Coverage rate >65% |
6. | Outer Sheath | HFFR (EN 50290-2-27), RAL 7032, Grey or RAL 7001 Coated with grey. |
