Application
These cables are used for communication signal at internal building installations. The screen protects the cable core against electrical noises and interferences. |
Construction
1. | Inner Conductor | Electrolytic mono annealed copper (EN 60228, Class 1) AWG24 |
2. | Insulation | Solid PE (EN 50290-2-23) . Core colours have to be in accordance with TS2814 (Table 2) |
3. | Lay-Up | Cores are twisted in in the form of pairs, Twisted in the form of layers up to 20 pairs, and groups of 10 pairs between 30 and 100 pairs and fixed with PES tape. The groups and packages are tagged with color threads |
4. | Screen | Screening is performed with AL-PES tape and 0.50 mmØ mono tin-cupper draining wire. AL surface should come in contact with the drain wire for the continuation of the screen . |
