Application
These cables are used for signal transmission in internal building installations. The screen protects the cable core against electrical noises and interferences. |
Construction
1. | Inner Conductor | Electrolytic twisted annealed copper (EN 60228, Class 2) AWG20/7 |
2. | Insulation | Foam PE, core colors: White, Blue, Yellow |
3. | Lay-Up | Three cores are twisted in suitable pitch |
4. | I. Screen | Twisted and tinned copper drain wire (AWG22/19) together with AL-PES tape. AL surface should come in contact with both the drain wire and also with the braided screen for the contuniation of the screen |
5. | II. Screen | Tinned copper wire braid screen (%80±5) |
6. | Outer Sheath | PVC (EN 50290-2-22), HFFR (EN 50290-2-27, VDE 0207), RAL 3000 Red |
