Filled External Installation Telephone Cables

Application

This cables are used to be external local networks as telephone and signal transmission cables. The must be installed by embedding to underground.

Construction

1.	Inner Conductor	Electrolytic mono annealed copper (IEC 60228, VDE 0295, Class 1)
2.	Insulation	PE (EN 50290-2-23, VDE 0207 2YI2) Core colours are isolated according to VDE 0816 and following that a ring code is pressed
3.	Lay-Up	Star shaped sub-groups which are twisted in the form of quarters or groups which are composed of five (5) quarterly de signed cores are twisted.
4.	Filled	Akind of waterprof petroleum jelly which has a special chemical structure is injected into the inner-side of the cable core. Then, two paper-based tapes which are in the shape of coils are helically wrapped around this petroleum jelly.
5.	Screen	Screening is made by attaching PE-AL-PES tape whose two sidesare covered wiyh PE tape in the shape of a tube troughout the entire cable.
6.	Outer Sheath	PE (VDE0207 2YM2), RAL Black
