Fire Resistant, Double Twist, AL Foil Screened, Sİgnal and Control Cables (Mica Tape Insulated)

Application

These cables can function in case of fire Halgen Free, flame retardant, low smoke denstiy, Acidic (Corrosive) Gas Test, air ports, hospitals, metro, subway
stations, shopping centers, high rise buildings, hotels, industrials plants and so on. signal and communication cables are used as an emergency circuits.

Construction

1.	Inner Conductor	Electrolytic stranded annealed copper wire (EN 60228, Class 5)
2.	Insulation	Mica tape On HFFR insulation (EN 50290-2-26). Up to 4 pair core colours will be suitable according to DIN 4710. After 4 pairs can produce different core colours combinations.
3.	Lay-Up	Colors are twisted in pair and bend in the layers.
4.	Flame Barrier	To increase the flame resistance of twisted cores, wrapped with special flame retardant glass fiber tape.
5.	Screen	They are screened with AL-PES tape and twisted tin-copper coverage helical wound drain wire.
6.	Outer Sheath	HFFR (EN 50290-2-27), RAL 2003 Orange
